    1. Skills for Justice regards the Community Justice strand as being composed of five main sub-strands. These are:

      a) Working with offending behaviour
      b) Working with victims, survivors and witnesses of crime
      c) Youth justice
      d) Substance misuse
      e) Crime reduction & community safety.

      The Community Justice strand estimate has been derived by collating estimates from the key organisations within each of these pathways.
